Nielsen’s June radio ratings report was recently released, and the research shows exceptional growth and listenership for all three of Beasley Media Group’s radio stations, particularly in adults 18-54.
WCSX and WRIF are the #1 and #2 radio stations, respectively, in southeast Michigan when it comes to average number of adult 25-54 listeners. Among adult 18-49 listeners, 105.1 the Bounce (WMGC), WRIF, and WCSX have three of the top four more listened to stations.
Dave and Chuck the Freak, the WRIF morning show, continues to be the most listened to morning show among listeners 12+, 18-34, 18-49, 25-54, 45-64. Additionally, the show’s male 25-54 listenership is 165% bigger than the #2 station, and Beasley’s three stations have more people listening than all the other stations in the top ten.
Overall station listenership has grown through the year for all three stations, with 25-54 total listeners approaching 400,000 and 475,000 on 105.1 the Bounce (WMGC) and WCSX and exceeding 400,000 on WRIF!
