No matter what time of the year it is, 105.1 The BOUNCE is always in the community, giving back, and helping those in need. From The Gello Show’s 105 Random Acts of Kindness, to The Morning BOUNCE’s Bikes For Kids, the giving just never seems to stop.
The latest project has already been launched, as The BOUNCE got an early start on the back-to-school process with Backpacks For Kids. The BOUNCE collected school supplies to fill up 3,000 backpacks, which were given away to kids at the end of August.
If you stopped at ever shopping at any Michigan Educational Credit Union Branches, or select SVS Vision locations, Staples , or certain Dollar General locations, you probably came across a box at the front of the store with The BOUNCE logo.
Listeners had the opportunity to drop in school supplies while they shopped. This entire promotion culminated August 25th at MJR Theatre in Sterling Heights, as The Morning BOUNCE handed these supplies-filled backpacks to kids who showed up.
This is just another way The BOUNCE is reaching out to make someone’s day, put smiles on faces, and make the back-toschool process at least a little easier on the parents and the kids.
